A few words about myself:

I was never a "natural musician". I worked hard to develop my skills and my career. That's what makes me a good teacher. It never came easy to me so I understand the challenges and the fantastic feeling of achievement.

I have a B.A. in Music Ed. from Miami University and studied guitar at Cincinnati Conservatory of Music

I have performed around the globe from Prague to Juneau and from Hawaii to Rhode Island.

I am a contributing force in the thriving music scene in Portland, Or.

I've been teaching for more than 25 years and developed innovative curriculums for Artichoke Music School.

A non profit school that reaches at-risk youth in Portland, Or.
